The HOA organizes a neighborhood garage sale each spring and fall. The HOA will post a banner at the neighborhood and advertise the sale online.
Each resident can choose to participate in the sale, and can decide what days/time you want to have your sale. Residents are also welcome to have a garage sale at any time of the year they wish.
