About us Griffin Park is a wonderful residential community located just west of 178th and Western Avenue in west Edmond, Oklahoma. Close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and recreation. Griffin Park is in the award-winning Edmond school district, and features OKC utilities. Our neighborhood features many amenities, including a swimming pool, sidewalks, park, green space, playground, fitness center, Clubhouse, and a stocked pond for residential catch and release fishing.
There are approximately 275 homes in our community, which includes one private gated areas.
Griffin Park Homeowners Association (HOA) is an active, well-organized community with a working board and multiple committees that work hard to promote community involvement, fellowship, maintenance and community.
Consistent and fair enforcement of the CC&Rs is hard work, but is key to why our community is so strong and appealing. Our community runs mostly on volunteer power and there’s always more volunteers needed.  Make it your home and volunteer today!

All homeowners in Griffin Park are automatically members of the Griffin Park Homeowners Association, membership includes required annual dues and adherence to the Griffin Park CC&Rs.

Griffin Park is located in Oklahoma City limits but has an Edmond mailing address and is part of Edmond Public Schools in Oklahoma County.

Per City of OKC ordinance, residents may put out trash cans anytime after 7 p.m. the evening before pickup and should return the cans to their storage location by 7 p.m. on the day of pickup.

What does the Griffin Park HOA do?
The main charge of the HOA Board is to build community within our neighborhood. The HOA also maintains the common areas of the neighborhood, manages the budget, and enforces the covenants and rules, which are designed to protect and preserve the community, as well as our property values.

What are the annual dues?
Effective 1/1/2025, Griffin Park annual dues are $560 and should be paid no later than January 1 each year. Invoices are sent to each owner in the fall. Griffin Gate owners have a different dues amount and will be invoiced accordingly.

What do your HOA dues pay for? (This list is not exclusive)

  • Mowing, landscaping, irrigation and maintenance of all entrances and common areas
  • Pool, Clubhouse and fitness center upkeep, maintenance and repairs
  • Pond maintenance
  • Management company fees to maintain administrative records, collect dues and handle resident communications
  • Enforcement of covenants and rules to protect property values and neighborhood beautification
  • Organize community events for social and community enjoyment
  • Common area utilities, insurance, fees, taxes, etc
  • Reserve fund for ongoing maintenance, repairs and improvements
  • Work with local leaders on city/building/maintenance issues that will impact Griffin Park residents

What is the homeowner’s responsibility?

  • Read and comply with the by-laws and CC&Rs (the governing documents of the community)
  • Maintain your property according to established standards
  • Pay annual dues and fees on time
  • Request board approval when wishing to alter or make improvements to your home
  • Attend the annual meeting and vote on issues or offer input
  • Contact the board to report or address any concerns or issues
  • Provide current contact information to the Property Center or the board to ensure you receive information from the HOA
  • Ensure all who reside in your home (tenants, relatives, friends, children, etc) understand and adhere to the CC&Rs

What major projects are planned? 
No major projects are currently planned, but upcoming improvements needed are pool resurfacing and playground equipment updates.

When does the Board meet?
The Griffin Park HOA Board of Directors meets at 6:30 pm on the second Tuesday of every other month at the clubhouse. Meetings are posted on the neighborhood Facebook page, and on the Clubhouse calendar. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend, and there’s a Homeowner Forum at the beginning at each meeting to provide the opportunity for questions, comments and concerns from residents.

When is the Annual Meeting? The Annual Meeting of residents is held on the first Tuesday of June at 7pm each year. Information is mailed to homeowners in advance with details of the date and location.

Are there pet restrictions? Animals must be contained in your home, behind a fence or on a leash per City of Oklahoma City ordinance. Chickens are not allowed in Griffin Park.
