The Clubhouse access system was updated 5/19/26. Previously issued keycards will no longer work. All residents must get a new key fob.
Fobs will be distributed on Wednesday 5/20 and Thursday 5/21 from 5:30-7:00 at the Clubhouse, and at the Annual Meeting on 6/2. You may send a neighbor to pick your fob up if you can’t make the distribution events.
If you cannot make the pickup dates, you can go to the Property Center (2905 NW 156th St) beginning Friday, 5/22. TPC is open from 8:30-4:30 pm M-F, or you can fill out the form below and a fob will be delivered to your home within 3 days.
Use the form below to request a clubhouse/pool key fob. Each household will be issued one fob; a second can be purchased for $25. Limit 2 fobs total per household. Replacement fobs can be purchased for $25 each.
