Residents of Griffin Park have many amenities to enjoy.
The clubhouse is a climate-controlled community facility containing a full kitchen, gathering area, fitness center, and pool dressing, shower and restroom areas. The clubhouse provides direct access to the pool area. The pool is open from Memorial Day-Labor Day, and features a large pool, lounge chairs, shaded pergola area and small baby pool.
Griffin Park also features a park with a playground, picnic tables and open green space. There is a pond with catch and release fishing for residents, sidewalks through the neighborhood and common areas.
The Griffin Park HOA board and events committee plan many events for residents throughout the year, including an Easter Egg Hunt, celebration with Santa, Fall Festival, Summer Bash, neighborhood garage sales, and additional social events throughout the year.
