The clubhouse is a climate-controlled community facility containing a full kitchen, gathering area, fitness center, and pool dressing, shower and restroom areas. The clubhouse provides direct access to the pool area.

Residents may reserve the Clubhouse for a small fee for social events, meetings, etc. Reservation includes use of the kitchen and common area. The fitness center or pool area may not be reserved.

Please check the calendar below to ensure that there is not already a reservation on the day you are requesting. Payment and a signed rental agreement must be submitted to the board to complete your reservation.

GRIFFIN PARK CLUBHOUSE RULES (6/20/22)

The Griffin Park Clubhouse is available for Griffin Park residents only. An active keycard is required for Clubhouse or Gym entry, and residents may be asked to show keycard at anytime by an HOA board member, security, or resident.

CLUBHOUSE HOURS: The Clubhouse building may be accessed 24 hours a day by Griffin Park Residents with an active keycard.

MONITORING: For safety and security, the Clubhouse and gym are monitored by a 24-hour video monitoring system. Anyone found in violation of the rules, vandalism of the Clubhouse, or engaging in illegal activities will receive action, including, but not limited to, loss of keycard access, fines, etc.

PERSONS UNDER 16 YEARS OLD must be supervised by a resident adult at least 18 years of age in the Gym and Clubhouse areas

PERSONS 16 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE must have a state-issued ID with birthdate and must produce it on demand when asked by a board member or security. School ID with a copy of the individual’s birth certificate is acceptable. Residents are asked to present their keycard.

RESERVATIONS: The main room of the Clubhouse may be reserved by Griffin Park residents for meetings, events or business purposes. Please use the online reservation form at GriffinParkHOA.org. All event reservations must be approved by the board and are subject to a rental fee and security deposit and must adhere to the rules outlined in the rental agreement, including cleaning after the event. GUEST RULE: If a resident wishes to reserve the clubhouse for a meeting, event or business activity that includes non-residents, a reservation must be made.

DO NOT TAPE OR ADHERE ANYTHING TO THE WALLS OF THE CLUBHOUSE

NO RUNNING OR ROUGH PLAY in the Clubhouse or gym

NO INDECENT BEHAVIOR OR EXCESSIVE NOISE

NO GLASS or porcelain containers

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the clubhouse or gym

NO DOGS, CATS OR ANIMALS allowed in the clubhouse or gym

DO NOT UNLOCK OR PROP ANY CLUBHOUSE DOORS OPEN (DOORS WITH KEYCARD ACCESS MUST REMAIN CLOSED). Residents determined to intentionally leave the clubhouse doors open for guests or other purposes are subject to loss of keycard access, fines, etc.

WHEN LEAVING THE CLUBHOUSE, turn off lights, throw away your trash, and ensure all exterior doors are locked

WHEN NECESSARY, remind your fellow residents of these rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable area

PERSONS USING THE Gym/Clubhouse do so at their OWN RISK. The HOA and Managers are not responsible for accidents or injury. Call 911 if necessary, for medical or security issues.

A Homeowner May be denied use of the Clubhouse/Pool for the following reasons:

  • Delinquency in payment of Association Dues, Fines, etc.
  • History of negligence concerning Clubhouse Rules, policies, and procedures
  • Not in compliance of the CC&Rs
  • Other reasons deemed substantial by the Board of Directors

VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ACCESS TO THE CLUBHOUSE/GYM/POOL, FINES, OR OTHER ACTION.
