Pool Info

The Griffin Park pool is open to Griffin Park residents from Memorial Day-Labor Day each summer. It features a large recreation pool and a small children’s pool. There is a shaded pergola area with tables and chairs, and lounge chairs around the pool deck.

A lifeguard is on duty Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm-7pm.

The pool is open from 8am to 10pm. Pool closes at 7PM Sunday and reopens at 12PM on Monday due to shock treatment.

GRIFFIN PARK POOL RULES (6/20/22)                                  

The Griffin Park Pool is available for use by Griffin Park Residents only. An active keycard is required for pool entry, and residents may be asked to show keycard at any time by a lifeguard, HOA Board member or security.

MONITORING: For safety and security, the pool is monitored by a 24-hour video monitoring system. Anyone found in violation of the rules, vandalism of the pool or pool deck, or engaging in illegal activities will receive action, including, but not limited to, loss of keycard access, fines, etc. The Association reserves the right to expel or take action against any guests or non-Members found in violation. 

POOL HOURS: Pool Hours are 8am to 10pm. Pool closes at 7PM Sunday and reopens at 12PM on Monday due to shock treatment.

LIFEGUARD will be on duty at our pool Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm to 7pm. Lifeguard supervises pool safety and maintenance and will evacuate the pool during bad weather or when pool chemistry issues occur.

PERSONS UNDER 16 YEARS OLD must be supervised by a Griffin Park resident at least 18 years of age.

PERSONS 16 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE must have a state-issued ID with birthdate and must produce it on demand when asked by a lifeguard, board member, or security. School ID with a copy of the individual’s birth certificate is acceptable.

GUESTS RULE: A resident household can bring up to 4 guests when there are less than 30 people in the pool area, and up to 2 guests when the pool area has more than 30 people. Griffin Park resident must be present with all guests. Anyone wishing to bring more than 4 guests to the pool must contact the HOA board for an exception.

NO RUNNING OR ROUGH PLAY in or around the pool per OK state law.

NO DIVING OR FLIPS INTO THE POOL. 

NO INDECENT BEHAVIOR OR EXCESSIVE NOISE 

NO GLASS or porcelain containers allowed in the pool area per OK law.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the pool/clubhouse areas.

NO DOGS, CATS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.

SWIMSUITS and appropriate clothing must be worn. Swim diapers are required on children not fully potty trained.

SWIMMING ALONE is prohibited by OK law.

DO NOT PROP OPEN THE POOL GATE. Residents determined to intentionally leave the pool gate open for guests or other purposes are subject to loss of keycard access, fines, etc.

THE LAST RESIDENT at the pool must turn off the pool lights and make sure the outside doors (bathroom and backdoor) are locked.

CLEAN UP all pool toys, trash, and the pool deck prior to leaving the pool areaand put down any pool umbrellas.

 WHEN NECESSARY, remind your fellow pool visitors of these rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable area.

PERSONS USING THE POOL do so at their OWN RISK. The HOA and Managers are not responsible for accidents or injury. Call 911 if necessary, for medical or security issues.

VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ACCESS TO THE POOL/CLUBHOUSE, FINES, OR OTHER ACTION.
