The Property Center manages day-to-day services for the Griffin Park neighborhood including dues, replacement keycards, HOA dues letters for home sales or refinancing, questions, complaints, collections, and everything which falls under that umbrella.

Griffin Park HOA Board Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every other month (February, April, August, October, December) in the clubhouse. All residents are welcome to attend. Each meeting begins with an open forum where residents can voice their questions, comments and concerns.

Building/Architectural Review:
If you are planning home improvement projects, the board architectural committee must review and approve your plans, per CC&R Article 7.24. Improvements and alterations including, but not limited to, exterior painting, roof replacement, patio extensions, pergola additions, pools, etc, need to be reviewed. You can start the process by completing the Building/Architectural Review Form.
