The Clubhouse features a Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is open to all Griffin Park residents. Guests are not allowed in the Fitness Center.

GRIFFIN PARK GYM RULES (6/20/22)
The Griffin Park gym is available for Griffin Park residents only. An active keycard is required for gym entry, and residents may be asked to show keycard at any time by an HOA board member, security, or resident.
MOITORING: For safety and security, the gym is monitored by a 24-hour video monitoring system. Anyone found in violation of the rules, vandalism of the Clubhouse, or engaging in illegal activities will receive action, including, but not limited to, loss of keycard access, fines, etc.
NO GUESTS ALLOWED
NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IS ALLOWED without an adult
NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE GYM, except water or sports drink in plastic/metal bottle with lid
DO NOT PROP GYM DOORS OPEN. If door is opened for airflow during workout, resident must close it when leaving
PROPER SHOES AND CLOTHING IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. Shirt and shoes are required. No bathing suits or open-toed shoes allowed.
RETURN FREE WEIGHTS TO THEIR ORIGINAL LOCATION. Do not lean weights against the wall
NO WHEELED TOYS IN THE GYM (bikes, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, etc.)
WHEN FINISHED WORKING OUT: wipe down all equipment used, turn off the TV, lights, and fan, remove any trash or water bottles, and close the gym door
NO RUNNING OR ROUGH PLAY in the gym
NO INDECENT BEHAVIOR OR EXCESSIVE NOISE
NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the gym
NO DOGS, CATS OR ANIMALS allowed in the gym
DO NOT UNLOCK OR PROP ANY CLUBHOUSE DOORS OPEN (DOORS WITH KEYCARD ACCESS MUST REMAIN CLOSED)
WHEN LEAVING THE CLUBHOUSE, turn off lights, throw away your trash, and ensure all exterior doors are locked.
WHEN NECESSARY, remind your fellow residents of these rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable area.
PERSONS USING THE GYM do so at their OWN RISK. The HOA and Managers are not responsible for accidents or injury. Call 911 if necessary, for medical or security issues.
A Homeowner May be denied use of the GYM/Clubhouse/Pool for the following reasons:
- Delinquency in payment of Association Dues, Fines, etc.
- History of negligence concerning GYM Rules, policies, and procedures
- Not in compliance of the CC&Rs
- Other reasons deemed substantial by the Board of Directors
VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ACCESS TO THE CLUBHOUSE/GYM/POOL, FINES, OR OTHER ACTION.
