RULES AND REGULATIONS OF
GRIFFIN GATE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
(A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION)
Griffin Gate is a gated, low-maintenance community of 24 single family homes within the Griffin Park Home Owners Association, and is subject to the CC&Rs and By-laws of both communities*. Below are the Rules and Regulations specific to preserving the integrity, aesthetics and property values of Griffin Gate:
- HOA dues are currently $1200/year for Griffin Gate and $550/year for Griffin Park, for a total of $1750 annually.
- All fencing between properties shall be vinyl fencing consistent in color with the existing border fencing of the subdivision. Gates may be vinyl or wrought iron.
- All outdoor decorations shall be removed no later than two weeks after the event, weather permitting.
- Trash receptacles can be set out the night before our normal trash pickup day (currently Tuesdays), and brought in within a day. Receptacles are to be kept behind the gate at the side of the home, or within an enclosure, or inside the garage. Bulk trash may be set on the curb the night before pickup.
- Parking on the street is limited to a continuous 24-hour period. This is to keep the street clear for any emergency vehicles. Residents are encouraged to utilize their driveway for parked cars.
- Each lot shall be used for single family residential purposes only, and no trade or business of any kind may be carried on therein. Leases or rental of a single-family residence must be no less than one (1) year in duration and tenants must adhere to the Griffin Gate/Griffin Park Rules and Covenants.
- No above ground pools.
- No basketball goals.
- No trampolines or skateboard ramps.
- Flag poles shall only be house mounted.
- No outdoor clotheslines.
- No outbuildings, sheds or storage structures of any kind will be permitted or located on any lot.
- Residents shall be charged a fee for the replacement of, or the request for additional gate openers.
- Residents are encouraged to participate in the semi-annual Griffin Park Neighborhood Garage Sale and are allowed to have one extra garage sale when they are moving to or from Griffin Gate.
- Please have visitors, contractors, repairmen, etc., gain access into Griffin Gate by utilizing the call box, rather than giving out your personal security code.
- Any modifications/changes to the exterior of the home (to include roof replacement, garage doors, patios, pergolas, patios, exterior painting, etc.), must be submitted to the Building Committee for architectural review and approval prior to any work being done. https://griffinparkhoa.org/resident-resources-new-site/request-for-building-committee-approval/
